Become a Clay it Forward Patron

Clay It Forward is a community-funded, access-driven ceramic education; meeting participants where they are. Without Clay It Forward patrons, we would not be able to offer these workshops without charging a fee, reducing our ability to serve. 

Participants of Clay It Forward learn in pop up pottery workshops within their own community, gaining hands-on experience alongside a working potter without fees or tuition. Instead of financial barriers this craft tradition of master-apprentice learning is open to anyone.

The program is funded through Clay It Forward Patrons, a pay-what-you-choose donation subscription. Patron revenue contributes to workshop costs, instructor compensation, materials, and studio overhead. 

Clay It Forward flows through each workshop itself. Every participant receives a finished piece made in the previous session. The pottery created is passed to the next workshops participants. Each session receives from and gives to others.
